30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund, sale items included. This is on top of your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7441 425876 (or email lorneyofficiel@gmail.com) with your order number. We will reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging where possible.

Return postage

Changed your mind? The cost of sending the item back is yours. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? We cover the full return cost. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will make it right.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or your proof of postage, and email you as soon as it is done.

Not returnable

Swimwear and underwear with the hygiene seal removed, and gift cards.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
